I was commissioned as a motion designer to support the TurboTax Full Service product and marketing teams. TurboTax Full Service connects users with a real tax expert who handles the entire filing process from start to finish. My role was to create motion pieces that clearly communicated that value—showing how the service works, what users can expect, and why having an expert in your corner makes the experience easier. I focused on straightforward, confident motion that kept the message simple and human without over-selling it.
